  We paid $400 to have 2 chairs shipped from North Carolina to Leawood Kansas. We needed them fast and our regular shipper, Sunbelt couldn't get it there fast enough. If we could have waited for them the cost would have been around $90. The items came with the legs of one chair sticking out of the box and one leg totally broke off. We filed a claim and it has been refused. I will never use this company again and I suggest you don't either. I don't know how they can refuse such a blatant claim. They would never have picked these items up from the manufacture in this condition. They advertise their wonderful customer service. It's all a lie!
